Construction Management Services (CMS) has the ability to manage a diverse range of projects through careful project management and cost control techniques. Construction Management Services maintains a stable of reliable sub-contractors and prides itself on the rapid completion of projects it undertakes.

Bill Cohen is the Director of CMS. Bill is a licensed contractor in the State of California and has twenty years of experience in commercial construction. Over the years he has held a number of positions with major firms in Los Angeles including Buckeye Realty and Management, VMS Realty Partners, Trizec-Hahn and Peck/Jones Construction. Bill is a graduate of California University at Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Construction Management Degree from UCLA. He is married and lives with his wife and daughter in Calabasas.
